“ASSONANZE” è il nome dato alla personale di Gian Genta che si terrà nei Chiostri di Santa Caterina nelle sale dell’oratorio dei disciplinanti a Finalborgo dal 11 maggio al 22 giugno a cura dell’Assessorato alla Cultura del Comune di Finale Ligure. Gian Genta tenta di intraprendere un percorso originale nel mondo dell’arte contemporanea, assimilando al linguaggio scultoreo il linguaggio pittorico gestuale intimo ed inconscio, con particolari aspetti fotografici che superano il confine, il limite e le mutazioni della quarta dimensione. Cercando di dimostrare che pur nelle sostanziali differenze espressive esiste nell’arte la possibilità di interpretare qualcosa di diverso Gian Genta individua che non esiste separazione per chi osserva l’uno col tutto, ma, il tutto è connubio che può esistere solo nella quinta dimensione che è quella del “sentire dentro”. Una ricerca artistica tutta rivolta all’unificazione di uno stato di equilibrio, giocato nelle vibrazioni della forma e della materia che neutralizzano la dualità di percezione bi e tridimensionale del linguaggio artistico come sino ad oggi è stato conosciuto ed interpretato. Gian Genta si appropria di un’espressione che vanifica la percezione della fotografia o della pittura, della ceramica o della scultura, inquadrando le proprie figure in uno spazio atemporale, ed a cuor leggero, sperimenta l’integrazione con il proprio io consapevole che materia ed illusione, da sole, non gratificano la profondità dello spirito e del livello dell'anima. Ciò che definisce Gian Genta é ciò che non ci dice, volti confusi, figure femminili in assenza, bocche sofferte che non sanno raccontare, scolpite, dipinte e ritratte nella certezza del silenzio e del sospetto, sconosciute apparenze che sussurrano ed a volte gridano il senso di ritrovo e della perdita. Un mondo che vale più delle immagini , forme perenni di nostalgia che hanno un nome ed una identità, ma che non rivelano il mistero della loro origine, valore aggiunto alle tele o ceramiche cui appartiene. In ogni opera c’è un’importante concentrazione di emotività, una misurata economia delle forme e l'intrigante interpretazione della ripetitività e della sinonimia visiva con equivalenze di senso affine per un significato che spiega la differenza tra vedere , guardare e sentire. Pensare esige immagini e le immagini contengono pensieri così come ogni forma esige struttura per veicolare i sensi. Le opere di Gian Genta inducono a saper sentire più che a saper vedere......... le sue "ASSONANZE" contengono ossidi, contengono errori, contengono smalti e spruzzi di colore, cantonate e speranze, maschere di terra con la disperata voglia di riuscire a comunicare là…… al di là dell’arte.

Wenn zwanzig in Fachkreisen anerkannte Kunstexperten zu einer Messe ins Schloss Laxenburg laden, verspricht diese ein spannender Kunstevent zu werden!

Geboten werden Exponate aus verschiedensten Epochen und Sammelgebieten, zwei Themenausstellungen, „Blumenbilder" und „Niederösterreichische Ansichten" bereichern das Messeprogramm.

Höhepunkte der Messe sind im Gemäldebereich der „Hafen von Split" von Ernst Huber aus dem Jahre 1923 sowie Tina Blaus „Blick auf Perchtoldsdorf" aus den 1880er und 90er Jahren. Im modernen Bereich sind Arbeiten von Josef Bramer, Karl Korab, Markus Prachensky und Hans Staudacher zu nennen. Neben wertvollen Skulpturen um 1500 und Art Decò Schmuck erwarten den Besucher prunkvolle Silberarbeiten des k.u.k. Hof- und Kammerlieferanten Klinkosch, die bei Auktionen hohe Preise erzielen. Eine besondere Rarität sind Kaminöfen, wie ein Jugendstil-Ofen von Dagobert Peche. Bei den Möbeln werden Exponate vom Barock bis zum Jugendstil, sowie hochwertige Stücke aus dem bäuerlichen Bereich angeboten. Im Bereich Teppiche und Textilkunst präsentieren drei Spezialisten ihre besten Exponate. Barocke Gartenskulpturen, Porzellan, Uhren, seltene Kleinkunst und zeitgenössische Glasexponate runden das Angebot ab.
